Before founding the firm, he spent 9 years in key positions in External Auditing and Financial Consulting within major regional and international companies. This early hands-on experience—particularly in reviewing financial statements for regional and foreign entities—is what shaped our rigorous methodology in applying IFRS and in resolving the most complex Financial Arbitration and judicial dispute cases today. Muadh Rayyan directly supervises Judicial Expertise projects, Financial Arbitration engagements, and Business Valuation services, ensuring every valuation follows the internationally recognized IVS methodology.
